    Summary: An international non-profit headquartered in NW D.C. Responsibilities: Provide support and administration of the email account for all inquiries from external users and internal stakeholders Ensure that support materials on associated business processes are maintained and available for distribution as needed Handle support requests received via telephone inquiries, internal or external emails, and requests to perform in-person support sessions Create and escalate support tickets for remediation using the appropriate tracking tools and procedures Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SharePoint Online Location: Headquartered in NW D.C. - On-site Salary Range: $45,000 to $58,000

Responsibilities: Provide expertise to the FLC recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees Educate internal clients on market trends, providing guidance on compensation and hiring decisions Create tactical recruiting plans to execute critically important hiring strategies Coordinate and develop the organization's staff planning activities and interview managers to determine hiring needs Qualifications: 4-7 years years of experience with recruiting, including sourcing and assessing high-demand candidates Experience with applicant tracking systems Experience with recruiting cleared candidates preferred Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Location: Headquartered in Northern VA. - Remote Salary Range: $75,000 to $110,000

Responsibilities: Design and develop machine learning algorithms and deep learning applications Lead all stages of the research lifecycle: problem formulation, implementation, experimentation, and presentation Develop abstract analytics models to solve complex problems for decision analysis Follow and improve software development best practices Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience with Python data science / machine learning / AI stack (numpy, scipy, pytorch, etc.) Experience and knowledge of deep learning / neural networks, as well as "classical" machine learning algorithms Comfortable working on the command line (bash, git, etc.) Desire to learn and apply new algorithms and technologies Location: Headquartered in NW D.C. - Remote Salary Range: $160,000 to $180,000

Responsibilities: Provide full life cycle administrative support to the interview portion of the candidate life cycle Support the coordination and facilitation of all aspects of candidate interviews Provide high-touch support for candidates and hiring and career managers to ensure a smooth and positive interview experience Ensure all required actions are completed in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with firm processes and government regulations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience Experience coordinating interviews Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with MS Teams, Outlook, and/or Workday Location: Headquartered in Northern, VA - Remote (on site once a quarter) Salary Range: $22-24/hr
