Derick Simmons, Founder and CEO
Derick Simmons founded Porter Isaac LLC in May 2013, after spending over a decade working in the staffing industry. He moved up quickly within the industry due to his innate ability to identify top talent and match those individuals to some of the most prestigious organizations in the world. His prior work experience in London, NYC and DC has enabled him to identify the brightest and most dynamic talent for a wide variety of industries. When Derick is not at work he enjoys running, swimming, reading and spending time with his family, friends and rescue dog Izzy.
Mike Miller, VP of Operations
Mike Miller began working at Porter Isaac LLC in 2016. Prior to joining Porter Isaac, Mike worked as a recruiter and human resources professional for over a decade in the staffing industry as well as in non-profit and corporate settings. Mike is an operations professional who has the unique ability to marry his recruiting, human resources and operations based experience to keep Porter Isaac running smoothly. Outside of the office, Mike enjoys exercising, traveling and gardening.
Cassidy Bennetti, Recruiter
Cassidy Bennetti joined Porter Isaac in 2020 as the first recruiting intern. Upon graduation from the University of Richmond, she joined full time as a Recruiter. Cassidy played Division 1 soccer and having gone through that recruiting process, she understands the importance of treating all big life changes with genuine care and honesty. Her strong work ethic and passion for helping others leads her commitment to finding the perfect opportunity for her candidates. When not working, she enjoys traveling, exercising, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
